The Penny Bun Bakehouse was established in December 2010 by John Spillings, providing handcrafted bread to the restaurant and catering industry across Suffolk and Norfolk.
We want bread to taste as it should so we use traditional methods to give the bread the time it needs to develop in texture and flavour.
