• As The Box is such a small space we are serving customers from behind a table outside the front door. Customers will not enter the Box and are asked to queue two meters apart.

• We wear gloves for serving, changing them frequently, and combine this with meticulous hand washing and use of hand sanitiser.

• Customers are asked to pre-order to enable the collection process to be as quick as possible. 

• Contactless payment is preferable for all transactions, or pre-payment via BACS. We clean our contactless point frequently between transactions.

• Gloves will be worn for deliveries, and payment will be contactless on collection or via BACS.

• The Penny Bun Bakehouse and The Box have a five star food hygiene rating and are registered with Waveney District Council.
