The Penny Bun Bakehouse is headed up by Johnny Spillings, who discovered his love for bread and patisserie whilst working for Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.
We're proud to produce delicious real bread, taking the time to carefully source all our ingredients to create the best products – using local suppliers and supporting British producers wherever we can.
